Bière du het waterhuis aan de bierkant à Gand, bue sur place. Blonde opaque. Nez sur le houblon, bouche bien aromatique, herbacée, rappelle un peu une ipa belge peu amère, bonne blonde très agréable.

18 April 2018. From tap at Waterhuis aan de Bierkant, Ghent. Shared with Anke.
Pours hazy yellow with a small, foamy, off-white head; lacing. The aroma contains yeast, honey, citrus, resinous hops, spruce & pine, pineapple. It tastes light fruity sweet and light to medium hoppy bitter, bit yeasty & spicy. Dry, resinous hoppy finish, not overly bitter; some alcohol. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Interesting to see a brew like this as a 'house beer', although it could have been even more (craft beer-wise) daring.
