Het bier wordt sinds 2010 gebrouwen in Brasserie Artisanale de Rulles te Rulles. Het is een donkerblond bier met een alcoholpercentage van 10%. Dit bier werd gelanceerd ter gelegenheid van het 10-jarig bestaan van de brouwerij. Het bier is verkrijgbaar in flessen van 33cl en 75cl. De etiketten werden ontworpen door illustrator PaliX (Pierre-Alexandre Haquin).

God pa lukt. En god smaksopplevelse. Litt mye søt ettersmak men likevell et godt øl etter mat.

Bottle, sampled at 16th St. Liquor Store, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, some light tropical fruits, faint candied sugar and dry hops. Flavour of apple skins, tropical fruits, Belgian yeast, dry hops and bread. Light bodied but full flavoured. Good stuff but a bit unbalanced towards the hops.

750 ml bottle. Vintage 2012. Pours gold with light head. Aromas of citrus, honey, yeast, and malts with light floral notes. Flavors of malts, burnt honey, spice, and light citrus. Bitter finish. 10% ABV well hidden

Bottle at home. Millesime 2011. Has a pretty clear golden dark straw colour with a nice creamy off-white head. Aroma of pale malt, hay, peppery spices and some Belgian yeast. Feels a bit faint. Flavour is of sweet malt, Belgian yeast, marzipan, hops and some alcohol. Has a slick and silky mouth feel, and a light to medium bitterness. Balanced and decent, but feels faint all through and a bit boring in my opinion.

Bottle from Ølkonsortiet, Aalborg. Unclear golden with a lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, citrus, light spicy and yeasty. Flavor is quote sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with warming alcohol. 090314

On tap at the klooster delft n delft Thick white head. Hazy gokden blond pour. a nice brew fir winter evenings.

750ml Bottle - Amber with a foamy head. Peach, tea and yeast in the aroma. Dried apricot, yeast and tea feature in the hoppy and sweet taste.

Flaske hos Ole Anders des-12: det hadde vært en lang og krevende kveld med mange minneverdige høydepunkter. Dette var kveldens siste og en verdig avslutning. Uklar gylden farge og højt skum. Tydelige belgisk gjær-kjennetegn i aromaen med citrus i tillegg. Behagelig bitterhet blandet med alkoholsødme og litt krydder. God munnfylde. Godt at jeg fremdeles kunne skrive tydelig. Flaske årgang 2012 (bb. 02/17) på årets siste Mi2 Cardinal des-15: citrus, lyse bær og belgisk gjær i skjønn forening. Frisk og særdeles lettdrikkelig for den høye omdreiningshastigheten. Beware.

(Draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 20 Oct 2012) Golden yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of tropical fruit, grainy malt and grass. Malty, fruity taste with tropical fruit, peaches, grainy malt and generous amounts of grassy hops in a sweet, spicy finish. Full body, fairly sweet. Tasty and quite nice.
