Cask at Cask. Red/brown with a creamy beige head with little bubbles. Aroma is a bit spicy, roasty and malty and plenty of alcohol spikiness. Bit of cat pee hops. Taste is still spiky, but very creamy and a bit of ginger too. Slighty bitter but with lots of malty creaminess. Touch of chocolate milk towards the end and the bitterness has gone at this stage. Lovely, really lovely.
