On tap at Delirium Café in Brussels. Cloudy golden, solid lacing-head. Hop fruity aroma. Taste of grapefruits and oranges mingled with spices. Smooth, dry bitter finish. Refreshing and moreish (shared with Finn, Brussel 07.05.2011).

Bottle. Nice saison-ish Belgian. Aroma had some citric hops and nice fruity/earthy Belgian yeast notes - apricots, peaches, light malt. Some band-aid notes comes out, particularly in the taste, and it seemed to clash a bit with the beer’s light fruitiness. The taste starts pretty dry and yeasty, but the finish was a bit sweet with some caramel/band-aid flavor - not great. Otherwise, the beer has a fairly light mouthfeel and sits easily on the palate. Medium gold liquid with a puffy white head and good lacing. It wasn’t a bad beer, but I was hoping for a bit more.

Cloudy gold beer, good white head. Smooth but very dry palate.Creamy malt with a light touch of spice. Watery grapefruit coming through in the dry finish. Not the best from this reliable brewery. Not terrible though!

(Bottle, 0.75 l, at Gallows Bird, Espoo) This bottle was too old even though it was not past its expiration date. The beer poured pale golden and almost clear. Its head was medium sized, white and long lasting. Aroma had fruitiness, Belgian style yeast, hint of hops and carboard. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. The age was noticeable in the taste. The flavours I found were carboard, mild sweetness, Belgian style yeast, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. Clearly this beer is not for aging. I wish to be able to taste a fresher version of this beer later.

bottle from ølbutikken clear yellow, large smooth creamy white head. dry and flowery hoppy aroma. Very hoppy for a belgian ale. Great. very refreshing. Flavor is also very hoppy for a belgian beer.. dry hoppy, flowery hoppy. good bitterness, some malty sweetness, but not much. Great refreshing summer beer. So good it works even now, sitting inside late november with frost and a few inches snow outside.

Draught at Delerium Café. Lovely hop aroma, grass and pine. Pale gold, cloudy, with a tight, fine head. Glowing. Dry, hoppy, lovely flavor with citrus and grass and a bit of honey. Light and crisp. Great stuff.
