75cl bottle @ VinensVerden, Odense. Pours unclear yellow with a large lasting white head & lacings. Nose is fruity, yeasty & hoppy. Quite a lot of hay, yeast & hops. Very fresh with a small touch of coriander. Very "saison-ish". Good!

(3/2/08) Bottle sample at Zythos Bier Festival 2008 in Sint Niklaas. Slightly hazy golden color with a white head. Aroma of fruits, some hops and a bit of malt and yeast. Sweetish fruity flavor with a rather dry finish. Medium-bodied. Quite pleasant.

Bottle at ZBF 08. Gold, thin buttery beige head. Bit of a triple aroma. Pear drop fruit and Belgian yeast. It’s ok, competent, but not too exciting.

75 cL bottle. Pours almost clear orange with an off-white head. Light fruity and yeasty spiced aroma. Flavour is medium sweet with malty to hoppy note, mild spice note and light citrusy fruit note towards classic fruity Belgian. Ends malty, a slight bit pilsner like and light bitterness mixing in with the Belgian yeast note.

Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, minimal head. Peculiar yeasty cranberry aroma. Fairly sweet with some vanilla and mustard as well as almonds. Mild and rather malty, grassy hops stay in the background while yeast induced flavours dominate. A very individualistic, complex, or even complicated, beer.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 16 Feb 2007) Golden yellow colour with short white head. Spicy nose with notes of lemon, yeast and freshly cut grass. Fruity, spicy taste with lemon, yeast and a dry, fresh, grassy, spicy and hoppy finish. Very tasty, very nice. (7/3/8/4/14) Rerate: (Bottle, 20 June 2020) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of apricots, bread, orange peel, honey and herbs. Fruity, malty taste with bread, apricots, orange peel, honey, herbs and a sweetish finish with fairly low bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Not very complex, but really tasty and well balanced. Very nice.

A dark golden beer with a lazing small off-white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of fruit, caramel, malt, and spices, amonst those lemon grass, cinnamon, and cloves. The flavor is sweet malty with a strong dusty hop note as well as strong fruit notes - especially figs and apricot - I’m not that fond of figs, the end is dry with a strong yeast note. Oddly the body seems a bit watery inspite of the 7% ABV.

Hazy golden color, big white head. Aroma of soft hop, some flowers, some yeast, citrus, decent. Soft taste, but all the ingredients for a good blonde are present. Usually those beers can get too yeasty, but this one is nicely balanced.
