Thx! for sharing. Sampled draft @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. Dark caramel amber. Nose is fishy yeast, odd oily leaves, vines, herbal,… Taste is fish guts, heavily herbal, too much soy sauce, burned herbs, smoke, leaves, caramel,… Way too much of these notes, like a burned mix of soy sauce & fish sauce with herbs almost,.. Body is herbal soy sauce,… Powdery,… Not a fan at all, not for me.

Thanx Dara for the can.
This was poured into a thistle.
The appearance was a dark red to brown color with a one and a half finger white foamy head. The lacing was there as it speckled and slid around in a messy sort of way.
The smell had a light bready sort of yeasty roastiness that came through slightly like a biscuit.
The taste took those flavors and added a nice caramel and toffee-ness rolling all around and added a nice element of smoke at the end.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a slight sessionability about it. As it warms, a nice creamy sort of delicate soothing nakedness strolls across my tongue.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good Scotch I could bang again.
