(Draught at Oedipus Brewery & Taproom, Amsterdam, 24 Feb 2018) Pale amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit, resin and dried apricots. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of grapefruit, resin, pine needles, apricots, caramel and a generous citric/resiny bitterness. Almost full body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well made DIPA with a generous hop profile. Very nice.
