Clear dark orange to amber beer, creamy solid yellowish head, pretty stable, non adhesive. aroma: sourish, infected? Some ripe banana, fruity, peaches, very yeasty. MF: Very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: metallic bitterness, fruity touch, preaches, very bitter, sour notes, alcohol noticeable, grapefruit, bit infected. Aftertaste: bit malty, pretty bitter, very metallic, overripe fruits, very bitter finish, grapefruit peel. A very hoppy infected beer is better than a regular infected beer, but it's still infected.
