Bottle split at ABC Beer The Hague, 24/09/2015. Thanks. Super bright fluoro pink coloured pour with no head. Viscous pour. Aroma is tangy apple, pomegranate, apple skin tannin. Flavour is composed of pithy apple, green apple, pomegranate, Palate is powdery sweet, , no carbonation. Lingering bruised apple. Really interesting mead.

Bottle 750ml. clear glass @ [ Pre-Borefts Ratebeer evening ] - ABC Beers, Korte Koediefstraat 5, Den Haag, Netherlands 2511CE. [ As Met Onkels Granatapfel ].ABV: 8.5%. Clear medium red color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate honey, pomegranate. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart pomegranate, dry, sweet honey. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20150924]

Bottle split at the ABC Beers pre Borefts tasting, 24/09/15. Clear cherry red with a moderate crimson swirl. Nose is big on apples, sweet, faint honey, straw. Taste comprises sharper apples, sweetness drops a little, booze licks. Medium + bodied, moderate carbonation, sweet boozey close. Ok.

Bottle @ ABC Beers Borefts Pre-tasting. Fluorescent dark pink red color, no head. Smell and taste grass, flowers, rose petals, sweetish. Average body and carbonation. Ok, bit weird but ok.
