White chocolate stout. Drink with your eyes closed and your mind open. It may pour deliciously golden, but it’s all roasted stout flavours from the start, with a smooth and slightly sweet milky bar finish. It doesn’t matter if it’s black or white…

330ml bottle from Hop Hideout Sheffield - Hazy golden body with a patchy foam top. Nose is sugary, with a hint of vanilla ice cream. Taste has the sticky white chocolate in there but feels somewhat of a trial and error effort. Enjoyed it mind you.

Clear golden beer with a thin head. Actually smells a bit like white chocolate. A touch fruity too. Flavour is odd. Sugary sweetness, some malt and hop. Aftertaste is a bit more bitter, perhaps even slightly sour. It doesn’t really meet the deScription though I suppose if blindfolded and told it was a stout I might not argue. Not bad.

330ml Bottle - A rich golden/light amber colour. Chocolate, vanilla and some biscuity notes in the aroma. Vanilla, cocoa and faint hints of coffee can be detected in the biscuity and roasted taste. Interesting and rather nice.

This is quite something! Choc aroma/taste, smooth and the sweetness is well-balanced. #tryanuary

Many thanks to ThirstyBird for sharing. Golden in the glass, the beer starts smooth with lots of milk chocolate. Grainy body, a bit sweetish. Nice slightly bitter grainy aftertaste, lots of sticky sweetish chocolate, still easy to drink! Nice!

Bottle. Mr. Pickles, Sheffield. Clear, light amber. Film of white. Smells like a Milky Bar crossed with a Caramac. Taste is a fairly horrific mix of artificial sweetness and acrid bitterness. Heavy palate. Finish is more of the same. It doesn’t smell too bad, but after that, this is really bad.

Bright clear gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is light and smooth. Mild fine carbonation. Sweet vanilla laden creamy malts dominate. A trace of coffee. Smooth finish brings more vanilla. Not really sure what the intention was here but I am guessing it missed it.
