Shared bottle. Pours almost black with a small beige head. Aroma and flavors of roasted malt, dark chocolate, red wine, dark fruits. Finish is roasty, acidic, and vinous. Interesting - not bad.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Aroma: dried fruits, caramel and prunes, port wine. Taste: slightly acidic, caramel, fruit, prunes, wine.

big roasted malt and chocolate malt and red wine. Medium body with tons of red wine and chocolate and roasted malt. Some what acidic and vinious. Nice

Bottle Nose of chocolate, grapes, funk, cherry. Minerally flavor, chocolate, some vinegar and lactic acid creaminess, with a funk-ass finish. Weird stuff. Not sure it works.

Bouteille 33cl. Brune foncée, col crémeux café au lait. Arôme au nez finement aigrelet, fruité noir peut-être le moût, mais de fines effluves de mûres sortent bien, caramel et malt pâle, léger chocolaté. Palais vire sur des petites notes surettes rappelant les mûres, le tout est accompagné par de bonnes notes de malts - cara chocolaté, fruits noirs avec une petite note d’épicé sur la fin, possible seigle?

Pours black with quite a lot of head and intense carbonation. Very complex and intriguing aroma, very vinous and also rather acidic. Lot of dark malts and dark fruit is apparent (especially raspberry, blackberry and grapes). Taste is very similar, medium to low body, lots of berries and acidity to complement the dark malts and roast. Finishes chocolatey and smokey with a distinct acidic raspberry flavour. Nice!
