Birra nata dalle rivisitazione della Magut (German Pilsner) in stile americano. Nel 2013 sulla scia delle IPA che dominavano il mercato, a Lambrate sono state impiegate due delle migliori qualità del birrificio: le basse fermentazioni e le luppolature decise ma eleganti. Il risultato è una birra di riferimento nel mondo delle "hoppy lager" anche se noi l'abbiamo volutamente definita "west coast pils" per sottolineare sia la luppolatura di stampo americano, sia la caratteristica facilità di bevuta tipica dello stile pilsner.

At Internationales Berliner Bierfestival 2018. Hazy golden with a fluffy white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, some tropical fruit. The same in the taste. The body was medium as was the bitterness. A mild and refreshing one.

Gezapft bei Birra Italia. Trübes Gelb, kleiner Fester Schaumrand. Keine Kohlensäure zu sehen. Angehm fruchtig: Mango, Aprikose. Etwas Ananas. Antrunk: Voll, aber eher Saft (wenig sprudelig). Mango, Aprikose, Grapefruit. Leichte Würze. Moderat Bitter. Süß während des Trinkens, Nachgang Bitter und moderat sauer.

Bottle thanks daniele. Hazy yellow color, irregular medium white foam. Nose: amazing aroma, notes of continental-like hops dominate although you can spot the US soul of this beer. Grass, lime, rose grapefruit. Mouth: ouh gimme a break, this pils rocks! Medium sweet, perfectly grassy, softly bitter, medium-low carbo, bodied, oily sweet resin. Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale yellow with slightly irregular fluffy white foam. Aroma is weak of mango and apricot. Body is average with good carbonation. Taste is limited sweet, and moderate bitter. Finish is fairly long and bitter.

From tap at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Clear pale yellow color with white head. Malty and hoppy aroma, light grainy, citrusy fruity, grassy. Light sweet and moderate to heavy bitter taste. Medium thin to oily body with soft carbonation.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Hazy pale gold colour lasting white head. Again soapy. Have they not cleaned lines properly? Hoppy lager. Super drinkable. Bar the soap. Got better. Still soap though. Good hoppy lager.

Bottle. Crisp and refreshing pils with herbal and grassy aswell as exotic hop notes. Nice mix of a german and a american pils. Dry finish. Really good!
