Birra nata dalle rivisitazione della Magut (German Pilsner) in stile americano. Nel 2013 sulla scia delle IPA che dominavano il mercato, a Lambrate sono state impiegate due delle migliori qualità del birrificio: le basse fermentazioni e le luppolature decise ma eleganti. Il risultato è una birra di riferimento nel mondo delle "hoppy lager" anche se noi l'abbiamo volutamente definita "west coast pils" per sottolineare sia la luppolatura di stampo americano, sia la caratteristica facilità di bevuta tipica dello stile pilsner.

Can. Almost perfectly clear yellow golden, mefium white head, ok lasting. Superb tropical fruity nose, pineappke, citruses. Medium grassy bitterness. Light body. Not bad.

On tap at the brewery. Cloudy golden, medium white head. Dry, hoppy, fruity, bit grainy, nice bitterness in finish. Light bodied and easy drinkable. Great job.

330mml. can. @Garage Beer Co. Universitat, Barcelona (Spain). 27/10/2019. [#3.089 Global - #70 Italy - #2 Birrificio Lambrate]. Hazy pale golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma is citrusy and lemony. Taste is grainy, malty and lemony leading to a clean malty finish. Crisp. Next one please!

Can. Color: Hazy pale golden, white head. Aroma: Citrus hop. Taste: Fruity citrus, orange and mandarin, hints of grapefruit. Above moderate to medium hopbitterness and a malty, grainy moderate sweet background. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Nice fruity 'West Coast Pilsner'.

Tap at La Fine Mousse, 6th March 19. Pours almost clean, with a slight haze a d straw colour. Aroma is slight yeast, citrus. Taste is clean, hoppy, citrus, light pine. Very drinkable.

13-02-19 // on tap at Stone Brewing Tap Room Prenzlauer Berg - Berlin. Almost clear golden. White head. Herbal bitter hoppy nose. Very classic but with a slight modern touch. Really nice.

(Draught at Birra, Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin, 21 July 2018) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with brief white head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with notes of bread, grainy malt, grass and some citrus. Malty taste with bread, hay, grass, a touch of citrus and a mild citric/grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty, fresh and well balanced. Quite nice.

(On tap) Hazy yellow, modest white head. Nice fruity lemony aroma. Medium body plenty of soft carbonation. Tart fruity start quickly gives ground to plenty of hops, they rule straight through to a long finish although not too bitter. Very pleasant.
