Bottle split at the ABC Beers pre Borefts tasting, 24/09/15. Hazed orange yellow with a moderate off White covering. Nose is funky, light spice, pissoi, citric peel, tarte lemon. Taste comprises lemon rind, balsa wood, light sea salt, funk, damp flannel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering discharge. Decent enough Gose.

[9/24/15] Bottle sample at the pre-Borefts tasting at ABC Beers in Den Haag. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Hazy pale yellow. Great funky aroma, sourish, with strong fruitiness. Sourish flavor, funky, fruity. Quite light-bodied. Very nice.

Pre Borefts Tasting at ABC Beers, Den Haag. Hazy pale gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and semi dry. Salty sourness with sour lemon that stays away from being acid. Salty lemon finish. Interesting.

Tap at Zwanze Amsterdam. Hazy straw with short lasting white head that leaves a nice looking film. Gooseberries, seaweed, fish, seawater, lemon, sour doughy notes with light tortilla chips. Light sour and salty. Thin bodied with soft but prickly carbonation. The nose is great but otherwise not very good.

Draft at Oedipus. Pours cloudy dull blond with a white head. Aroma is floral, light herbal, weedy and citrus. Flavour is light sour and salty. Light bodied with light carbonation.
