A seriously hop smothered beast. The finest Simcoe hops used throughout followed by multiple rounds of Citra, Centennial and more Simcoe in the dry hop.
Inspired by those thoroughly decent chaps at HMRC Duty. The bigger the beer the more they take so we decided to honour that by naming our original DIPA after them. Cheers guys!

Can - 8.7%. Hazy gold - amber beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Light malts bring nice light creamy sweetness. Strong minty pine and sweet floralness. Underneath are mild hop spice and a little tropical fruits. Smooth semi dry finish brings more minty pine and a little bitterness. Pretty similar to ’Raging Bull’ just with the volume turned up.
