Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich honey, fruits, wood and has a sweet light alcoholic finish.

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015, day 2. Clear orangy color, no head. Smell and taste slightly honey, some sugar, a touch of apple juice, lightly alcohol. Not bad.

Bouteille 75cl. Dorée, huileux doré au verre. Arôme est mielleux, fleuri, fruité penchant sur abricot. Palais au bouquet très plaisant, frais et fleuri. Sorte de raisin blanc et un profil rappelant légèrement la pomme caramélisée. Fine pointe de noisette et amertume minimale. Retrouve un côté fruité abricot voire ananas très discret.

Shared bottle, my last drink at the Grand Tasting at the RBNG-event at Fredrik 3.’s Hall. Dark golden body. Naked surface. Bread and honey on the nose. Sweet flavours of honey and dried fruits. Honeyed sweet ending. Much too sweet for me. Possible, but heavy to drink (Fredriksten festning, Halden 15.02.2014).

Aroma: Sweet fruity and vinous.
Palate: Medium + body and a bit sweet. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Fruity, honey, flowery and vinous.

Ceramic bottle, courtesy of Geokkjer. A dark golden body with no head. Lovey vinous aroma of honey, flowers and perfume. Flavour is sweet, vinous, not to heavy honey and floral. Fine body and a long, sweet aftertaste. Nice, tasty and very harmonic, not to sweet and raw on the honey side, as I prefer my mead.
