OK-Sí is a bold imperial stout with big flavors! We start with our thick and chewy imperial stout. The flavors are chocolate, coffee, and sweet caramel. This beer is perfect for aging in barrels. The sweetness from the beer balances out the intensity of the oak and spirit. The tequila barrels impart major notes of oak, citrus, agava, dark fruit, and a touch of vanilla. The combination of these two elements make for a very complex experience.

Bottle. Thanks Will. Aroma is boozy, spicy, tequila. Taste is light roast, fruity, tequila is subdued. Green apples. Bit scary, but I like it.

0.33l bottle shared with the girlfriend @ Proletariat. Last bottle in the house! A really deep and dark one, black on color with a tiny islandy dark brown head. Lovely nose. Super rich and dark roasted. It has tones of tequila. My girlfriend just has a way too strong margarita that I had to taste, and this has some of the same tequila things in the aroma that that had in the taste. Rich chocolate, chili, wood, traces of licorice and some leather. Smells really good. Tastes lovely also. It doesn't have the mouthfeel of a 12 percent abv beer as it's really thin oily. The carbonation is prickling and just below average. Tastes good also, there's chocolate, more chili, tequila and cucumber juices. Cocoa dryness in the finish along with the slightly warning chili. Could be the alcohol though. Like it. 19.06.2015

Bottle at tasting. Black pour. Aroma of tequila, roasted malt and cacao. Taste has thick roasted malt, chocolate, tequila booze and some cream. Good, but the other Priaire stouts have more depth.

35,5 cl bottle @ home
Aroma has rubbery tones, licorice and tequila. Feels a bit stuffy and harsh. Flavour has rubbery notes, tequila, some licorice and chocolate. A disappointment from this brewery; this is bitter in a harsh way.

355ml bottle from Ølbutikken. Pours pitch black with a smooth brown head. Aroma of roasty malts, oak, wood, syrup, hints of tequila and vinous notes. Taste is smooth, slightly roasty and woody with some tequila, spices, oak, vanilla and coffee. Finish is smooth, slightly roasty and rubbery with some coffee, chocolate, tequila and oak. Interesting, pretty balanced and the tequila notes are not overwhelming.
