Bottled at Silja Europa. Deep clear ruby color, small off-white head. Aroma is nutty, caramel and hints of citrus and odd metal. Light to medium-bodied. Nutty, sweetish caramel and berries. Earthy and slightly fruity hops in the finish.

Dose (33 cl) von April Gourmet, Peking. - Kastanienbraun, klar. - In der Nase angenehm herber IPA-Hopfen, etwas Tabak, ohne die angekündigte „weiche tropische Frucht“. - Im Antrunk wuchtiger tabakartiger, krautig-herber und mentholkühler US-Hopfen. Darunter strenge Malzbittere, die immer härter wird und in einen beinahe schmerzhaft holzig-bitteren Abgang mündet. Schlank, ohne Malzsüße. - Von harter Hopfenbittere dominiertes IPA ohne die schmeichelnd fruchtigen Noten anderer IPAs. Nicht so recht mein Fall.

0,33l Can. Amber color with medium white head. Aroma: juicy, resins, mango, papaya, tangerine. Taste: resins, caramel, spicy, citrus. Medium body, soft to moderate carbonation. Moderate long lasting bitterness. Oily palate, dry finish. Drinkable.

On tap @ El Cervcero. Ambar, nebulosa, espuma blanca. Aroma no muy marcado, ligeramente malteado. En boca tiene caracter malteado y ceral también con notas de té y madera y amargor moderado creciente, tirando a herbal.

Bottle: Deep golden with a reddish sheen,stable creamy off-white head; moderate fruity and pale-malty nose with distinctive piney-hoppy aromas and a tinge of soy-sauce; moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied and pretty soft; lingering malty and solid bitter-hoppy finish with hops sticking to the palate without being agressive. A very reasonable and well balanced english IPA...

Clear caramel amber colour, white head. Hoppy aroma, citrus, floral notes, lemon peel. Bitter flavour, light sweet, bitter lemon peel. Bitter finish, lemon peel, grapefruit, malts.

bottle, bright copper with a firm medium light yellow head. aroma of caramel, orange, malt, pine, resin, grassy, fruity. Taste medium sweetness, medium bitterness, lots of caramel, resin, toffee, sharp, grassy, citrus, orange, clear rye flavor, grapefruit, no annoying bitterness to be found, hoppy however with a short finish, medium body.

(can, 33cl) Clear, amber to copper colour with a firm medium-sized off-white foamy head. Hoppy aroma with herbal, piney/resiny and fruity accents, including notes of grapefruit, oranges and pineapples, backed by cara-malt, hints of biscuits, tea. Sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Robust malty base with notes of caramel, black tea, accompanied by complex hoppy favours, mainly herbal spicy, resiny and mildly fruity; quite lasting, medium-dry finish. Quite good and rounded IPA, can´t wait to sample the bottled version. 14.VII.16
