W aromacie fajnie czekoladowo, cynamonowo, owocowo. W smaku dziwna kwasnosc, przyprawowosc. Srednio ciala. Troche dziwne calosciowo ale mimo tych posmakow kwaskowatych dobrze sie pije

Bottled 330ml. -from Firenze Birra, Italy. Black coloured, medium sized brownish head, chocolate and alcohol in the nose. Light roasted malt, chocolate, quite strong cinnamon, touch of dried fruits and notes of alcohol with mild honey presence in the finish. Not bad at all.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 30A/20C). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L05032018 (BBF 03.2019). AROMA: medium cinnamon aroma, moulasses. faint citrous and vinous background. APPEARANCE: very dark brown color with ruby highlights against light. medium light brown head, moussy, with good retention. leg formation. TASTE: medium-high initial cinnamon flavor, faint oranges, low roasted malt background with a coffee-like impression. medium bitterness with a dry and slightly roasted finish. PALATE: medium-high body with medium carbonation. slight alcohol warmth. OVERALL: an imperial stout with added spices inspired on the "Bolo de Mel" that really tastes like it but at the expense of the base imperial stout.
