Mint Choc Ice Cream Pale
We've saved you a trip to the ice cream van by adding freshly picked mint leaves and cacao to a sweet and cooling ice cream pale. Don't put a flake in it... it will just sink.
Brewed in collaboration with Brewdog York for #collabfest2018.

It's a pale ale! With hints of chocolate and mint on the nose, not too shabby

Keg at BD Shoreditch, 22/08/19. Golden blonde with a decent white cap. Nose is pale malts, mint leaf, grass, faint hops, vanilla. Taste comprises grass, mint ice cream, cool icy edge, pale malts, light sugars, menthol. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with modest hop bitterness. Ok novelty beer that delivers on the mint ice cream but I couldn't drink too much of this.
