Mint Choc Ice Cream Pale
We've saved you a trip to the ice cream van by adding freshly picked mint leaves and cacao to a sweet and cooling ice cream pale. Don't put a flake in it... it will just sink.
Brewed in collaboration with Brewdog York for #collabfest2018.

Keg at BD Dundee. It pours cloudy orange with a small white head. The aroma is fragrant, fresh mint, chocolate chioa, cereal, toasty grain and some ice cream. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, wrigleys double, mint, mint leaf, light creaminess and choc ice with a minty finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Pretty weird stuff. Novel, but not quite my jam.

On tap at BrewDog Soho Collabfest 2018. Cloudy gold orange colour lasting white head. Mint chocolate chip ice cream flavour no doubt. I thought would work better on a darker more chocolate beer but this works out fine. Almost a white chocolate flavour. It's crazy and fun. Not sure I would drink again but whilst it was here it entertained.

Keg at Brewdog shepherds Bush for the collabfest 2018. A haze full yellow coloured pour with a a halo of white head Aroma is weird sweet vanilla and mint, white chocolate and light perfume. Flavour is composed of milky lactose, chocolate, mint, doghy grains. Palate is semi sweet, oily, milky, lowish carbonation. Pretty fun to try.
