Het allereerste bier dat we gebrouwen hebben in onze nieuwe brouwerij aan het Zeeburgerpad. De No. 1 is een licht blond bier met een frisse bitterheid verkregen uit de Waimea hop. We hebben het getapt bij de opening van onze nieuwe brouwerij, en de reacties waren enthousiast. Dit feestelijk bier belooft veel goeds voor wat er aan het Zeeburgerpad gemaakt gaat worden.

Bottle. Orange golden color. Grassy citric hops in the aroma, hint of nutmeg. Spicy, citric, grassy hopbitter flavor. Well balanced, easy drinker. Pleasant beer.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, moderate hoppy, herbs, grass, light yeasty. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, herbs, hoppy, grass, fruity, sharp, light yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131011]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is dry, malty, citrus, fruity and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 111013

Bottle, 5.8%. Slightly hazy with tiny floaties and small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, hop and notes of phenols. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, hop, medium sweet, little phenols, grass, little earthy and a little bitter.

Bottle at Locus Publicus, Rotterdam. Pours cloudy yellow brown with a white head. Aroma of citrus, yeast. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Bottled. Hazy golden color, short frothy off-white head, quite some tiny debris floating around. Aroma is very spicy of yeast esters, bit of funk and bubblegum, soft earthy hop, hint of grain. Medium bitter taste, quite dry and sparkling. Soft sourish note, probably from the typical funky IJ yeast. Bit too dry to make it a nice drinker.
