Het allereerste bier dat we gebrouwen hebben in onze nieuwe brouwerij aan het Zeeburgerpad. De No. 1 is een licht blond bier met een frisse bitterheid verkregen uit de Waimea hop. We hebben het getapt bij de opening van onze nieuwe brouwerij, en de reacties waren enthousiast. Dit feestelijk bier belooft veel goeds voor wat er aan het Zeeburgerpad gemaakt gaat worden.

Bottle shared by Joes. A bit hazy yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, herbs and spices, lightly fruits, lightly bitter. Medium body and carbonation.

Bottle @ joes. Pale yellow colour with a small white head. Smells sourish, fruity. Tastes like a witbier, herbs. Thinnish body, nice carbo.

amber, ondoorzichtig met schuimig witte kraag aroma: SUPER, citrus, grapefruit, rood fruit, zuurtje, limoen, mout, IPA aroma’s. smaken: licht/medium zoet, medium bitter, rood fruit, citrus, peper, fris verse hoppigheid, groente, redelijk fruitig, smaken echter vlakt binnen een seconde weg en gaat over naar waterige ondertonen. drinkbaar, mist body. --- Beer merged from original tick of No. 1 Zeeburgerpad on 18 May 2018 at 15:18 - Score: 6

Hazy yellow colour, white head. Aroma of banana, hops, malts, spices and light citrus. Quite sweet malty flavour, light bitter touch. Sweet malty finish with a light lingering bitterness.

33 cl bottle from De Bierkoning. Golden color, hazy. Dense, rocky, white head with good retention. Aroma’s: typical IJ yeastiness, aroma (wet/fresh?) hops, fruity, some malty sweetness. Flavor is medium bitter with a light malty sweet backbone. Body is medium. Finishes yeasty and with a nice bitterness. Seems ’t IJ is back on track.

On tap at NHBF’13. Hazy golden yellow colour, thick white head. Aroma of citrus, lychee, lime. Flavour is very dry, light malty, citrus, lemon, lime, lychee, sugar, light fruity, firm bitter finish, dry mouthfeel. Light-bodied. Nice.
