Brewed in collaboration with Jing-A Brewing and Dudda's Tun Cider. Extra Pale, Wheat, Oats and Lactose provide the base. JonaPrince and Gala apples in the boil, bittered with Hallertau Blanc. Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin added for flavour addition. Cinnamon, goji berries and vanilla in the whirlpool. Fermented with our Vermont Ale yeast strain. Refermented on yellow peaches. Hallertau Blanc, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin dry hop for aroma.

Troebel geel bier zonder schuim. Smaak is fruitig fris en licht bitter met iets van grapefruit en eigenlijk niets anders. Gewoon een fijne IPA.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Oddbins. The beer looks like absolute shit - tons of floaty bits, gelatinous globs, yeast. Small foamy head. Tastes alright by the image is enough to tilt your perspective. Juicy citrus, peach, melon, low bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, more peach, strawberry. So so overall.

Draft at Hammersmith Draft House. Hazy, pinkish pour, no head to speak of. Fruity aroma, sweet. Taste brings some tartness, while the lacto makes for a creamy brew.
