Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a clear, nutty brown with a small, beige head. Sweet, noble rot in the nose, woody. Medium body, soft carbonation, baksamico and massive acetic acid. Caramelly, woody tannins. Complex and very sour. 191124

Brun uklar med beige skum. Lukter syltet bær, fyrstikk og noe trevirke. Fruktig og noe sursyrlig. Smaker sure bær, rips, eddik og trevirke. Middels lang.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Deep reddish amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is tartness, some acidity and mild red berries and cherries. Flavour is vinegary acidic with some red berries, dark ripe berries, some fruity tones with a bunch of wood. Really smooth and nice as for the dry palate.
