5 July 2019. At Dok Brewing Festival. Cheers to Anke & Ghent beer crew! Hazy yellow, lasting, thin, frothy, white head. Aroma of peach, orange peel, grass, hashish, perfume, onion, cheese. Taste is light to medium fruity sweet, lots of ripe (yellow) fruit, orange & peach with an undercurrent of lemon & lime, quite perfumey, hashish retronasally, some bitter grass, dried herbs, dill perhaps. Dryish, floral hoppy finish, yeasty, lingering orange, perfume, grass, 'weedy' all in all. Medium body, fluffy texture, soft carbonation. Bit too much 'perfume' to my taste, too little real juice.

Taster pour from can at Craft Brew Race, Worcester. Appearance is pale yellow, no discernible sparkle, thin ring of white head. Aroma is orange, with a tart balance sort of lime-y (like a Sprite) but also borderline bilious. Taste is orange but of a candy-medicinal variety like a sweet tart/smartie/Necco wafer or the orange flavor of a chewable Vitamin C tablet. Palate is light bodied with thin, smooth, creamy texture, with sweet finish. Overall, pretty one dimensional with an aroma that's slightly off-putting and flavor that's not bad but isn't an altogether desirable orange.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 3/25/2019. Pours very hazy deep golden amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops, oranges, and pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, woody, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness; and citrus tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracke white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops, oranges, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness and tart/tangy fruit balance; with no lingering hop/fruit astringency after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and tart/tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready, fairly sticky, and lightly acidic/tangy mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 5.5%. Overall this is an awesome fruited NEIPA. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops, oranges, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mellowly bitter/tart/tangy/drying finish; great soft feel. Awesome Mosaic showcase. Extremely juicy/vibrant hops/citrus, with some dank/earthy notes; and a great balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness from lingering bitter dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive spot on style example. Perfectly balanced hop/fruit flavors.
