Appearance: Golden colour with a small white head.
Aroma: Sour, fruit, rhubarb, citrus, funk.
Body: Light to medium body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Sour, fruit, funk, rhubarb, tart.

Clear dark yellow, nice white head. Sour, a bit acidic. Nice sweet rhubarb that lingers, a dry finish. Very nice. Thanks Lucas!

Small white head over well-carbonated, copperish golden beer. Putteke , sulphur, rhubarb is very obvious in the nose. Rhubarb², mild acidity, gives an idea of a freshly rained upon kitchen garden. Warming up, classic lambic farmyard aromas appear. Low carbonation, acidthinning but not much -burn. Certain wheatslickness, rhubarb gets stronger in time. Not my top Cantillon, but it's great enough in itself.
