Vom Fass bei der 3rd Anniversary Celebration im Muted Horn Berlin 2019-10 getrunken. Was ist das? Hier macht Amundsen weiter wo die Omnipollo Stout aufhören. Denn dies hier ist eine flüssige Erdbeer-Yogurette-Sahnetorte. Überraschend ist das die Fassreifung überhaupt kein erkennbaren Einfluss hat. Aber das braucht es auch nicht, denn das Ganze ist so wunderbar ausgewogen, das eben genau das große Stärke ist. Traumstoff!

Keg at the Star and Garter, Bromley. Black pour with a tan head. Nose of Neopolitan ice cream, caramel, toffee. Full on flavours of Neopolitan ice cream, rum raisin, toffee. Long, sweet finish. Belies its strength. Lovely stuff!

200ml draught at Antikvariatet. Black in the glass, small sized beige head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Nicely roasted smell of dark chocolate, semi-sweet. Cocoa and vanilla chocolate to the flavour character, moderate bourbon impact. Lingering and warming chocolate ending, lightly roasted. Full bodied slow sipper. Enjoying on a Saturday eve. (Trondheim 14.09.2019).

On tap @ Bergen Ølfestival. Pours pitch black, with a small, creamy head. Aroma is sweet notes of vanilla, marshmallows, cocoa nibs and cookies, as well as red berries and notes of fruity tobacco. Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is sweet notes of milk chocolate, vanilla, marshmallows and muscovado, as well as raspberries, red berries, musty fruits and minerals.
