On tap at Circus. A lightly unclear golden beer with an orange tint. A dense white head sits on top, leaving lacing. The aroma has rhubarb, white wine, citrus, orange mostly, and a generic fruityness. Hints of malt. It’s dry on the palate, lightly sour, rather vinous and fruity. Rhubarb, white wine, orange and some bready malts. Nice carbonation and a touch of alcohol warmth. A delicious dry and tasteful beer. 171020

Bottle, Lot 040816, light gusher. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is some juicy hops, fresh yeasts, brett, some dough, apricots, vineous, vanilla. Taste is dough, barrel funk, peach, vineous, some tannins, hoppy, vanilla, a touch leathery. Medium carbonation. The hops are there just enough to be present and give a nice counterpoint. Excellent barrel Saison with a lot of balance.

Lys brun klar med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Lukter at denne er sur. Bæreddik, sitrus, vanilje og trevirke. Middels til lett. Litt skuffet etter lovende lukt. Noe surt er det, sitrus og bæreddik.

Tap at cml. Pours unclear yellow. Good Hite head. Smell is rather dry. Malty. Not sour at all. Bit brett, but very mild. Taste is intense , honey-like sweetnzss , under a brett-forward funk. Very buttery. To a point i’d callbit dyacethyl. I trust moeders’ Taps, so i suppose it’s die to the beer ... Low carbo. This is just not good at all. Yogurthy. Not sour , had a dry, vinegar like aftertaste , that hardly feels natural either. Shamefull to call this a sour, the same category as some of the best beers out there
