Oto Mizianie Mamuta, nasze klasyczne, sprawdzone American India Pale Ale!
Od początku zależało nam by to piwo było wyjątkowo pijalne. By móc usiąść w domowym zaciszu z przyjaciółmi, bądź spotkać się ze znajomymi w pubie i wypić z przyjemnością kilka pint tego piwa. Chyba udało nam się osiągnąć założony cel. Najlepiej sprawdzi się tutaj oklepany do niemożliwości schemat hasła reklamowego: Bogaty aromat i pełnia smaku. No ale zwyczajnie to styka. W końcu trafiła tam wuchta chmielu na cichą i jeszcze dodatkowo wprawiliśmy w ruch hopguna. Citra, Cascade, Mosaic, Calypso, Centennial i Amarillo. Jest dobrze!

Bottled (from Piwne Mosty). Golden colour, mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is floral, some floral tones and mild sweet malty and grainy tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, some bitterness with some fruity, floral and mild sweet malty tones.

Cloudy beige blond beer, small irregular off-white head, little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, a bit dusty, some citrus notes, grains. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty, grains, little fruity, some citrus notes, pretty bitter. Aftertaste: grains, hay, malty, bitter and dry finish.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy deep golden, small head.Aroma of tangerine and orange. Mid dry with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Bread and tangerine juice. Long bitter finish.

ABV: 6.0%. Light cloudy medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, light pine, light spruce. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, fruity hops, sweet malt, pale malt, -oght pine - spruce. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220505]

Bottle shared at BBT 1/2022. Med-thin body, med-thin carbonation. Med-high bitterness, slightly unpleasant grassy edge. Hops character is muted, given the hops used. I mostly get grass, slightly earthy, dank. Light sweetness, malt in the background, slightly burnt. In all respects average, worse than I expected.

Hazy pale golden color. Aroma: grapefruit, pine, pomelo, hard Candy. Taste: pomelo, resin, hard Candy. medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness. Reminds me of old school AIPAs.
