Tap tasted on the 13/11/2017 at the Brewpub Levare (Porto). Slightly hazy golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of hops, orange peel and some grapefruit. Taste is bitter and a bit metallic, leading to a medium hoppy finish. Next one please!

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 21A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch AI001 (BBF 16/01/2018). AROMA: medium malt with slightly sweet notes of caramel, medium-low oxidized hops (cheesy) and faint citrus. APPEARANCE: ambar color and very slightly hazy. medium ivory head with good retention. TASTE: medium pine and resin hop flavor, followed by medium-low caramelly-sweet malt profile. meidum-high bitterness with an almost dry and bitter finish that endures. PALATE: medium-light body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an american IPA already oxidized.
