Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Murky red. Passion fruit, berries, a bit of diacetyl, sourish and sweetish, bitterish note.

440ml can. Hazed pinkish red appearance, small off-white head. Raspberry shooting through on the nose, and dominating the overall character with light passionfruit complimenting its juicy nature. Tangy berry pips, gentle sour shades. Kviek yeast seems to be buried somewhat in all this, hard to really determine its overall influence. Great beer tho.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours deep raspberry red, with gross grain pink foam. Aroma is intense, once poured, of raspberries. Body is average, with medium-high carbonation. Taste is medium sour, with a little fruity sweet feeling in the final.

Keg at BD Sheps Boost, 21/10/19. Hazed cherry red with a crimson cap. Nose is mellow berry fruits, tarte and tangy red berries, grassy notes. Taste comprises shades of sharp berry compote, sour cherry skins, strawberry pips, redcurrants, hay bale. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light pucker. Pleasant easy drinking sour and not a twiggy bitter thankfully !
