440ml can. Hazed pinkish red appearance, small off-white head. Raspberry shooting through on the nose, and dominating the overall character with light passionfruit complimenting its juicy nature. Tangy berry pips, gentle sour shades. Kviek yeast seems to be buried somewhat in all this, hard to really determine its overall influence. Great beer tho.

Keg at BD Sheps Boost, 21/10/19. Hazed cherry red with a crimson cap. Nose is mellow berry fruits, tarte and tangy red berries, grassy notes. Taste comprises shades of sharp berry compote, sour cherry skins, strawberry pips, redcurrants, hay bale. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light pucker. Pleasant easy drinking sour and not a twiggy bitter thankfully !
