Bottling date 11/04/2013. Brown-amber color with small white head. Aroma is soft vinegar, some chalk, but in a nice way. Taste is barrel tannins, but without being bitter, a bit "morsch". Low carbonation. Absolutely beautiful!

Clear reddish colour, off-white head. Malty aroma, caramel, wood, light fruit, light yeast. Malty sweet flavour, light acidic, tart berry, wood, indeed reminding of Oud Bruin. Finish berries, tart wood, light cherry.

(Bottle @ VilleValla Pub, Linköping, Dec 19 2014) Pours a clear dark amber-red with a small white head, dissipating rapidly with no lace. Aroma has lots of tart red berries, red wine type vinousness, a large helping of oak, light vanilla, decently sour. On the palate, bright juicy red fruit with tart/sour lemon juice character, a little vinegar, light malts, tannic oak with red wine character and very subtle vanilla building in the middle. Drying and nicely acidic in the finish with wood, tart red berries, maybe a bit of yogurt?, wisp of funk. Doesn’t linger extensively on the tongue. Light to medium body feels slightly watery with average, prickly carb. Quite a berry driven Flanders red with pretty prominent oak from long ageing. Maybe a bit light, but fruit and wood do mask that. Pretty elegant, like a sour gamay noir for sipping.

Bottle @ ZZT X, small sample, thanks all for sharing! Hazy reddish color, short head. Aroma is fruity, slight tart, bit funky. Bit sweet in taste, bit sour. Great refreshing fruity sour in between the RIS madness.
