330ml unlabeled bottle [from the man himself, thanks Roman!]. Minimally cloudy, ruby colour with average to huge, macropored, diminishing, pink-ish off-white head. Fruity and yeasty aroma, notes of raspberry and black cherry, some brett-like funkiness with Hubba Bubba bubblegum touch. Taste is moderately tart, fruity, notes of raspberry, black cherry, hints of red grape juice; prickling carbonation. Quite refreshing, minimally restricted.

Bottle, courtesy of our very own Koelschtrinker. Lots of cherries and raspberries indeed, pleasant sourness, refreshing, some sweetness, but not overdone at all. Easy to drink for such a beer.

Hand bottle courtesy of Travlr. Musty cherry, raspberry, toffee malt and straw aroma. Reddish brown with small head. Sweet-tart raspberry-cherry, light toffee malt, and dry hay flavor. Nice body. A very pleasant beer - glad I got to try Koelschtrinker’s special beer after numerous trades with him when I lived in Germany. / 5-29-21 - Saved my second bottle - decided to open it to celebrate my daughter's graduation. Much stronger Brett presence now but still retains a nice cherry flavor. Still very drinkable. Prosit, Roman!

Bottle: (A parting gift from Travlr to shrubber85 and I for subjecting him to 3 straight days of non-stop Indiana Sampling......eternal gratitude!!!) Poured cloudy, dusty red with a whipped pink head. Strong, sour raspberry aroma. Taste is sweet-tart, raspberry, sour cherry, berries....oak tartness...malty.... A little cream/lactic feel and silkiness. A very nice, pleasant, drinkable sour ale.... What an honour!!! Great beer.
