Many thanks for this beer to Koelschtrinker. Beer from tap to the bottle. Alez dziko sie czuje, owocowa rapsodia. Wysmienicie wisniowo-pestkowo, malinowy rzemieslniczy sok bez cukru, niektore malinowe miody pitne Macieja Jarosa, i nawet jagodowa miazga w posmaku. Bardzo dobra i udana pewnie byla celebracja 10tys ocen. Wytrawnie lekko kwasno i zdecydowanie owocowo.Ciekawe co ja sobie sprawie na jakis okraglutki jubileusz. Roman Thanks again for fantastic sour and fruity Ale.

Bottle thanks Roman, shared in Rome-Italy. Amber pour with orange highlights, tick frothy pinkish foam. Nose: tons of berries, aged fine, pretty round. Mouth: soft carbo, hidden sourness, very balanced berries. Ciao Roman.

330ml bottle, many thanks to Koslchtrinker for sending me this! Drunk watching '1922'. Pours a deep reddish amber, medium off white head. Interesting deep cherry nose, some oak. Taste presents some nice dark cherry flavours, oak, soft vinegary sour, red wine, light acidity. Really didnt expect such depth of flavour. Very good.

My 2.000th rating, and what a beer for. The beer specially brewed for Koelschtrinker 10.000th rating. I´m very happy with this coincidence and maybe in a few years I could celebrate my 10.000th rating on this site. Tasted on the 31/05/2018 at home. Hazy purple colour with a low pinkish head. Aroma is cherry, raspberries, barnyard and funk. Taste is slightly acidic with a punch of red berries and cherries leading to a long sour finish. Soft carbonation and medium body. Cheers Roman! Next one please!

Bottle from Koelschtrinker himself, many thanks! Gusher. Hazy purple color with white head. Aroma is deep berry skin, raspberries and cherries, leather, tobacco, almost smoked. Taste is cherry skin, tannic, lots of tobacco, again on the verge of being smoked. Silky mouthfeel with tannic character and a fizzy carbonation. Wow, this is better than expected!

Thanks to SinH4 / Koelschtrinker! GUSHER. Murky darker red, head fizzes away. Nose is fermenting cherry, leaves, wine leaves, berries, grape skins, smoked leather. Fermenting smoked cherry & leather, huge tobacco, red grape, huge fermenting mouldy cherries. Fizzy brew, overripe red berries. Shame about the gushing & body because the overripe cherry, leather & smoked fruit combo is really interesting and nice.

0.33 l bottle, courtesy of Koelschtrinker, cheers Roman! Minimally hazy, ruby with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, pinkish white head. Sourish, intensely fruity, a bit funky aroma of lots of cherries, raspberries, bitter almond, some blackcurrant and a touch of wood. Just a bit sweet, medium sour, very fruity, almost vinous and a bit funky taste of cherries and raspberries, blackcurrant, bitter almond and a touch of wood, followed by a medium long, rather tart, woody-dry, slightly vinous and a little funky finish. Medium body, moderately astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Good one, definitely appropriate for such occasion.

Cheers Roman! So glad I lucked into trying your beer. Bottle pours with a hazy amber colored body that supports a thin tan head. The aroma offers up tart notes, strawberry, berry and a dash of Brett. The taste delivers fresh crisp strawberry and raspberry rolling into tart notes and a bit of Brett. This is a solid balanced refreshing beer with bright fresh berry notes. Awesome.
