We've brewed many milkshake IPAs since we started in 2017 using lactose sugar and a protein-rich malt grist, but vegans and people with a gluten intolerance haven't been able to enjoy some of our products... until now! Orca is Gluten free and lactose free and is loosely based on our milkshake IPA grist, and DDH'd with El Dorado and Azacca to produce flavours of candied fruits before being conditioned on vanilla for a rounded, smooth milkshake flavour.
