Clean, dry yet very heavily fruited. Somewhat rich, the alcohol comes through a touch. Unique beer that is usually chewy at this strength, but isn’t. The Knott Manchester

Danke an minutemat. Süffiger, eher wenig säuerlicher Beginn. Trocken nach Blaubeeren, geringe Herbe, angenehm fruchtig. Spritzig, mittellanger Abgang. Enttäuschend ob der schwachen Säure. 13/10/8/9/9/9

Keg at MK Bethnal Green, 22/08/19. Reddish pour with a decent crimson head. Nose is tangy berries, straw, blueberry yoghurt, balsa wood. Taste comprises tangy berries, light funk, blueberry skins, berry must, mixed berry yoghurt. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic pinch. Ok fruited 'Linner but lacking depth to the flavour considering the relatively high ABV.

440ml can @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours a deep purple, pink head. Aroma has light fruity nose, red berries, light blueberry. Taste is fairly light, kind of expected an almost unctuously thick fruity body given WB's previous track record, but it's pretty light, a little thin, its sour edge is nicely measured along berliner lines, but the blueberry presence is lower than expected. Still, a nice gently fruity sour.
