2014 bottle @ ZZTX. Deep dark brown color. Opague. Roast, red peppers in the aroma. Subtle oak. Malt sweet, sour flavor. Strong vinous notes, subtle pepper, getting stronger in the aftertaste.

Bottle @ ZZT X, small sample, thanks all for sharing! Hazy brown color, short head. Aroma of grilled red bell peppers, some chili, slight vinegar. Spicy and peppery in taste as well. Base beer seems to be almost gone and became a bit thin. Nice drink.

Bottle shared at ZZT 10. Pours near black with no head. Aroma of roasted red bell peppers, fruity chilli peppers, light roast, red vinous aspects and light chocolate. Flavor is over moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Light chilli burn coming out in the palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle @ ZZT X shared by kermis. Opaque black color, small medium brown head. Aroma is weird, hard to describe. Malts I guess, and it reminds me of pudding (Dutch: kwark). Taste malts, sourish, peppery. Pretty drinkable for a beer with peppers, but quite one dimensional. Alright but not really great imo.

Bottle @ ZZT 10 shared by Kermis. Pitch blqck colour with no head. Smells peppers, roasty, chocolate. Tastes red fruits, roasty, peppery, slighrly wood, red wine maybe. Full body, soft carbo.
