Super cloudy beige beer, small creamy off-white irregular head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of tropical fruits, mango, passion fruits, citrus. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter, grapefruit, lots of citrus, nice bitterness, some alcohol, bit piny, resinous. Aftertaste: grapefruit, dry, very bitter, hoppy, lovely stuff, more alcohol noticeable, or is there a little hop burn?

Caña en Cimmeria 12..03..2019. (r06). Color amarillento velado con buena capa de espuma blanca persistente. Sabores frescos maltosos y cereales mojados con ciertos afrutados y ligeros amargos finales que llegan a ser algo ásperos herbales y secos. Cuerpo ligero a medio fácil de beber. Poco densa, algo áspera y seca en boca. Refrescante y normal.

440mml. can. Tasted on the 01/03/2019 at home. Big haze on the yellow colour. Medium lasting white head. Aroma is medium tropical and intense oat and bitter. Astringent taste leading to a medium hoppy and fruity finish. Light juicy. Next one please!
