We use pumpkin puree as a portion of the mash bill, trying that its character be present in the finished beer. During the maturing process we add vanilla beans that endows beer with its aromas and flavors.
Golden beer, clean and with a good white head. Sweet aroma contributed by the pumpkin and spicy notes of vanilla. Pleasant sweetness is balanced by the hops bitterness. Malt appears providing cereal flavors, roasted and delicate caramel notes. Medium body.
