1/5/2019. Bottle courtesy of Boris, cheers for this little gem! Pours dark brown with a red tint and an average sized beige head. Aroma of malt, prune juice, raisins, biscuit and light syrup. Quite heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, above average carbonation. Strange sweet treacle finish. Becomes very watery. Looks ok, otherwise poor.

330ml bottle. Quasi black colour with small to average, frothy, fading, off-white to beige head. Quite strange, dark malty aroma, hint so fleather and shoe polish. Taste is strawy, grainy and sugary, hints of treacle, cola, rock sugar. Bad.

330ml bottle. Pours dark, small pale tan head. Very light roast, distant caramel on the nose. Fairly light bodied and thin, even for a schwarzbier. Light dry roast, light caramel, coffee hints. Fairly mediocre for the style, leaving no lasting impression.

330mml. bottle. Tasted on the 23/10/2018 at home. Color negro con unas burbujas finas y presentes en copa, espuma morena de media intensidad y duración. Aroma de toffee, maltas caramelizadas tostadas y algo de cola. Sabor predominado por la cola y el caramelo. Final ligeramente dulce. Una y no más. Next one please!

Danke an Idiosynkrasie. Mild röstiger Antrunk mit wässrig herbem Hintergrund, dumpf, obgleich der Milde in der Intensität noch abnehmend. Süffig, minimal Karamell. Trinkbar, langweilig. 8/6/8/6/9/6

On tap somewhere. Black. Decent head. The aroma of malts is very nice and mouth watering. Unfortunately the taste doesn’t have much to meet the high expectations. Thin, watery and tastes like old leather. Still drinkable though.

Bottle. Almost opaque black with a nice ruby shine, lacing golden brown head. Licorice and roast aroma. Medium light dry roasty base, berry and wooden notes, aromatic hops retronasal. Very nice Schwarzbier.

Bottle: Deep ruby-amber coloured with a small off-White head, light to moderate dryish coffeeish and dark-malty nose; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied, but almost a bit sticky; slightly lingering mild bitter-malty finish. O.K., a pretty inoffensive brew...

Draught BBF2013. Dark brown to black with a tan head. Aroma is sweetish. Flavour is malt with a little toast and metal in the finish.

bottle, kindly donated by pivnizub. Deep black, creamy beige-brown head. Nice chocolate aroma. Very roasty with lots of coffee and very dark chocolate. Nice!
