Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear black with a reddish hue and a small, beige head. Rich, malty nose with a faint roast. Solid body with plenty of dark malts, slight roast and licorice notes. Some roasty bitterness with the booze being a little prominent in the finish. Closer to a Doppelbock. 070324

Bottle, 0.33l. Murky brown pour, no head, no lacing. Sweet and roasty nose, caramel, light smoke, wood notes in the background. Medium body, lively carbonation. Nice mouthfeel and texture, lively, fizzy, slightly sticky. Roasty bittersweet taste, nicely balanced. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, cocoa. Mild chocolate notes, wood, light smoke. Hints of coffee. Mild alcohol presence, slightly drying. Sugary sweet notes in the background, mild. Medium lasting finish, dry, lingering roasty bitterness. Solid.

Ok this is kinda murky, light brown. Has a cocoa powder sort of thin aroma. Solid sweetness, not super complex. Ok
