Bottle @ de Bierkoning. Dark brown color. Apple syrup ad hints of horse blanket in the aroma. Apple syrup in the flavor, onions, citrus, a very soft but upcoming sourness. Needs more time.

33 cl bottle @ home, about a year after bottling. Dark brown color with a reddish hue. Huger beige head, good retention & lacing. Aroma’s: sweet fruits, a bit roasted, hints of soy sauce. More fruity sweetness (berries) retronasal, light roast, drop/licorice. Only faint hints of brett (fortunately). Flavor is roasted, drop, light sweet, light bitter. Light bodied. Finish is quite short, with no new flavors.
