From tap at the brewery. Pours dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is grassy, light teaish and mild fruity. Smooth fruity flavoured, subdued sweetness, light bitterness and crisp hoppy fruity into the finish.

Draft at the tasting room. Pours hazy orange with a thick off white head. Aroma of fruits, caramel, grassy hops, light citrus, light floral. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap at BT brewpub opening. ABV 6%. Slightly hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma is strong hoppy, almost pungent, slightly acidic, fruity. Flavour is light-sweet, fruity, light floral, citrus, yeast, good bitter finish. Light-bodied.

On tap @ opening of BT’s tap room (17 August ’13). Golden yellow color. Off white head. Aroma’s of fresh hops, sweet fruit, very refreshing. Hop acidity retronasal. Flavor is moderate bitter with hints of malts. Light bodied. Nice bitter finish.
