Sorbet is an IPA with peach and mango. Inspired by Kai’s favorite milkshake from West Chester. Reminiscent of Kai and Claudia’s first date, when they were going to school in West Chester. Huge notes of peach, mango, and vanilla.

Defined a sorbet type vibe here. Lots of vanilla. Pine and some lime, tangerine. Murky yellow pour. Hop tang finish with some green onion. Tap at new Alexandria location!

Pours like thick orange white. Thick, slightly tart and super fruity with mangoes and peaches. Basically a dessert hazy ipa. The luplin powder sticks on your tongue.

Can into a taster showing unfiltered pale gold with sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of sorbet peach and juicy mango. The palate is medium bodied and moderately carbonated. Mildly tart with moderately intense flavors of mango and peach. Moderately intense orange rind bitterness on the end.

Very cloudy beige beer, practically no head. Aroma: lots of vanilla, lactose, sweetish impression. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, lots of vanilla, soft bitterness, fruity. Aftertaste: little bitter, sweet, lactose, fruity, pretty sugary. Not bad, a bit too sweet.

16oz can from the brewery, pours a pulpy mango orange with some soapy, white head. Nose has lots of stone fruits, mango, honestly - smells just like sorbet. Some melon on the nose too. Flavor has a bit more, some papery notes, orange, lime, guava, papaya, peach, some green vanilla. Finishes creamy, fruity, a little hot? Super drinkable.

Draft pour at Novemberfest at Rustico Alexandria. Poured a hazy yellow-orange color, almost with a pink hue to it, with a small white head. Aroma was really nice juicy hop notes. Very little bitterness. Juicy finish. Nice.
