Bottle at home. NH rate #100 woohoo! Unfortunately bottle was a gusher and lost half or so. Cloudy gold and huge (obviously) head. Nose is bretty and delicious. Tastes of brett, earth, lemon, grassy, some peppery nots and tropical fruit finish. Bone dry. Very nice.

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a big foamy head. Lemon, floral, strong brett, manure, barnyard, grapefruit, mango, guava, something a bit tropical. Medium body. Pretty good. Maybe a bit too brett.

Bottle a tight home in Canaan, NH. Picked up a year or two back. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold, effervescent, with a billowing, pillowy white head. Nice funk in the snout, lemon peel, dry brett, pale wood. Light sweet flavour, drying, some pine needle accents, more lemon peel, grapefruit, farm yard, grass. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Bone dry finish, clean, with soft acidity, more funky brett notes, citrus peel. Exceedingly dry, airy and drinkable.

Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a hazy burnt yellow to orange color with a nice thick finger-ed white foamy head. Dissipates nicely with a foamy sticky lace.
The aroma takes in sweet pulpy citrus, some white pepper, subtle sweet bready/yeasty notes, dried apricots.
The flavor mainly is the same - more so blends the sweet lemon to breadiness. Rolling bready sweet aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. White pepper balances with some harshness but doesn’t distract from the beer itself.
Overall, damn good saison or in this case yes, Grisette. Would definitely love to have again.

500 ml bottle. Paid $11.25 at Prost, North Hampton, NH. Hazy gold in color with massive lacing on the glass, creamy full carbonation. Aroma is straw, yeast, citrus. Just a trace of barnyard
Flavor has a steady amount of citrus with plenty of straw and yeast. Very mild hop balance with grassy. The mouthfeel is very effervescent. Grainy and dry texture with a refreshing finish. Drained the glass quickly.
