(Sample from 750ml shared @ Mikkeller and Friends by Eduardo and Mauro, thanks guys!) Pours a hazy medium orange with a nice white head. Notes of peach, pineapple, grass, leafy hops, lemon, white pepper, crackery malt, light to moderate funk, relatively dry, lightly sweet and very lightly tart. Light to medium bodied with soft filling carbonation. Very nice hopped saison, a lovely surprise to introduce me to Suarez.

On tap at a Churchkey event, pours an oily orange with no head. Nose has peach blossoms, flowers, stone fruit, apricot, mild acid. Flavor is all stone fruit, oily, apricot, dried pineapple, butter oak. Finishes oily.
