Bottle at BA Day. Pours black with medium beige head that lasts. The aroma is roast, wood, bourbon, cocoa. Thick body, cocoa, roasted malt, oak, nice sweetness from sherry, light dry finish, very nice.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of huge black chocolate notes with some very dominant bourbon and vanilla notes. Taste is a wonderful mix of huge bourbon notes with some vanilla, woody notes, sweet black chocolate notes and light roasted malt notes. Body is full with nice creamy texture and good carbonation with some alcohol is also perceptible. Superb BA stout and surprise this is not more hyped.
