375 ml bottle from the Referend (back in their NJ days), via delivery, 12/27/21. Bottled 8/11/18. Slightly cloudy pour, yellowish in color, fizzy head that dissipates quickly. Lemon, funk, and wood. Acidic, but not overly so. Drinking pretty clean. Good stuff.

Cask at the blendery during the 3rd anniversary celebration. Pours clear honey-gold with a small, creamy white head. Has nice notes of tangy lemon and tangerine, grass, light funk, moderate acidity. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Quenching finish, nicely rounded, more citric tartness, a little pale wood. Exceptional.
