500 ml bottle from the bottle society. Aroma is vanilla and a hint of pistachio. Flavor follows with a mild vanilla sweetness the the finish. Unfortunately, some table sugar in the finish. Sweetness stacks as you drink. Meh.

Bottle pour. It's an opaque black with ring of beige head with good retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong nuts and vanilla. Taste is strong roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla, lactose. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation, light alcohol and finish as taste. Overall, good strength of aroma and taste.

Bottled 3/21/22, 715/1200, drunk 10/8/22. Undetermined, dark mahogany-ebony with a tan head. Some lovely molasses and brown sugar. Vanilla and caramel. Lots of sugars but its got some decent acidity. Brown sugar and maple and molasses, maple and light chocolate with low roast and just a hint of dry biscuit and coffee on the very end. I like the attenuation here and it's rich and intense. Lactose not overdone and the vanilla gives a good bitterness. No booze.
